Shipping policy

POSTAL SERVICES ARE EXPERIENCING DELAYS!

You can expect to receive your package within 3-5 business days with standard shipping.

Orders placed on friday will not be processed until monday.

ORDERS CANNOT BE CHANGED, MODIFIED OR CANCELED AFTER CHECKOUT.

We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. If your package is lost in transit you will need to file a claim with the post office.

If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package.

Please double check your shipping address.

It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure it's entered correctly. If entered wrong, please contact us as soon as you can.

Once we ship your order, you will be charged $5 for us to ship it a second time.

Returns questions

All items must be postmarked within 2 weeks of the date delivered.

Only online credit will be given for items.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.

We can't hold items, but if you leave a note in your package stating that you are wanting to exchange for a different size, we can do so based on the inventory available at that time.

An exchange is not guaranteed, but if available we will ship out your new size as soon as possible.

No returns on jewelry, accessories, bodysuits, swimwear, intimates, items discounted at 30% or greater and gift cards.

Sale items are FINAL SALE & MAY NOT BE RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT.
